Greetings Coyote Families!
After a long stretch of Boosterthon, Spirit Week, Curriculum Night & Project Celebrations, and a nice break, we are finally on our way back to Normalcy! We do still have one more Bonus week for Boosterthon to reach our goal! See Below!
There have been several changes, not just at ACS, but at schools all over North Carolina. Know that the changes we implement are not to frustrate you. Change can be hard, but we will only implement changes that make ACS more efficient and keep our staff and students safe. Supporting the changes will help them run smoothly when implemented. When implementing change, know that complaints almost always slow the process, but potential solutions are always welcomed. Thank you all again, and let's have a great week!
Boosterthon Bonus Week!
As we wrap up our fundraiser, we have some exciting news to share with you! Thanks to your incredible support and generosity, we have raised over $25,000!
We had a school-wide goal to raise $40,000 to support our arts, athletics, and STEM programs, but with this funding, we would also be able to do so much more to help our students at ACS. To see if we can still make it happen, our fundraising platform, MyBooster.com, will remain open for one more week!
Could you reach out to one or two more people to see if they could help us reach our goal?
Once again, thank you for your unwavering support, whether through donations, volunteering, or sharing our message. Your involvement has made a tremendous difference and showcases the strength of our school community!
P.S. We extend a BIG thank you to our volunteers who played a crucial role in making this fundraiser a resounding success. Your dedication to our school community is deeply appreciated! 🙌THANK YOU!!
*Several Students and Families are still not registered, and its not too late. Go to mybooster.com and register today!
Remember, the Goal is $40,000 with at least 40 states represented. Cash and Checks are also accepted in the front office! The deadline is November 13th to give!

Elementary Carline Reminder:
Please Do Not Use the Inner Circle: We understand mornings/afternoons can be rushed, but we need your help to keep carline safe! For the safety of our students/staff/parents, and to maintain an efficient traffic flow, please remember that the inner lane/circle is closed for afternoon carline and should not be used. Utilizing only the outer two lanes helps us keep the line moving smoothly and safely. This requires you to follow the whole loop around. If you do not adhere to this rule, you will be asked to exit the carline and re-enter the correct way. Thank you for your cooperation!
Clothing Donations Needed
We have received a few requests for gently used clothing suitable for the fall and winter seasons. If you have any of the following sizes and are willing to donate them, we would greatly appreciate it. You may drop the clothing off at the front office, and we will make sure it gets to the appropriate families.
Boys'/Mens' Fall/Winter Clothing Sizes- 9-24 months, 3T, 7/8, 8y, 8-10, 13y, 30x32 mens' pants, small mens' shirts, M/L mens' sweatpants
Boys/Mens' Shoes- Toddler 7.5-8, 2.5y, Mens 10-10.5
Girls' Fall/Winter Clothing Sizes- 6/7, 8 (pants especially!)
Thank you in advance for your generosity!

VOLUNTEERING
We have loved having so many volunteers in the classroom! Thank you for supporting our students and staff!
Volunteerism at our school is a way for you, parents and guardians, to learn more about ACS, engage positively with your child’s teachers, and witness firsthand the hard work and dedication that all our staff - teachers, assistants, support staff, and administrators demonstrate each day.
It is also a way to support your student and other students by assisting with workstations or a small group, helping with clerical tasks or lunch, and/or something as simple as reading a book to the class. You do not have to be an educator to volunteer, and everyone is welcome! Please click on the ACS Volunteer Form Link below to find ways that you can volunteer to help support our school! https://forms.gle/6iPiTAYNhm14BezV6
