Maybe you have heard that we have a very efficient car line. That is only true when we ALL do our part. Here are some ways you can help:
You can begin lining up for the afternoon car line at 2:45 (12:45 on Wednesday) which is 30 minutes prior to 3:15 dismissal. DO NOT arrive before then. Anyone who lines up before that will be asked to leave campus and come back. We need the driveway to be open for safety reasons, emergency vehicles, and early check outs. When you begin lining up, please stop at the cones and leave the far left lane of the driveway open.
Students MUST enter the car on the passenger side and drivers and passengers MUST stay in the car. If you need to help them buckle, please park in the parking lot or pull around and park in the field in the front of the building.
Unbuckle students as you enter the car line so they are ready to hop out of the car quickly.
If you go to ‘overflow’ (just past zone 1), please turn on your hazards so cars behind you know you are stopping and they can go around.

STUDENT HEALTH ACTION PLANS and MEDICATION AUTHORIZATIONS
If your student has (or will need) a school Health or Action Plan please make sure to have the plan updated and submit it to the front office.
A new plan must be reviewed and authorized by the student’s healthcare provider and submitted to ACS for the 2022-2023 school year.
Students requiring medication administration at school, including the use of inhalers and Epi Pens, must also have a Medication Authorization Form completed by their healthcare provider.
These completed forms should be submitted to the front office prior to the student needing to receive medication at school.
Contact the school office at email@example.com, if you need assistance.
