Tayloir Ford loves being a part of the ACS family. She will continue her role for the 2025-2026 academic school year as an instructional coach. Tayloir holds a teaching degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has 11 years of teaching experience through Durham Public Schools and Alamance County, teaching 2nd grade for 3 years, 7 years as a reading and math interventionist, and 1 year as a Literacy Coach. Ms. Ford has always had a love for children. Each year, she looks forward to building relationships with teachers, students and parents, as she helps students reach their maximum potential, both personally and academically.

Ms. Ford lives in Greensboro with her daughter. When she isn’t spending time with family and friends, she enjoys hiking, exercising, and going to the beach. She is excited for another year at Alamance Community School and can’t wait to meet any new faces!
