Leslie Jewell

Leslie Jewell loves being a member of ACS's Administrative Team, handling student information and testing coordination. She holds a Computer Science degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and spent her early career in the corporate world in software and web development before entering the field of education. She has six years prior experience as a teacher assistant and substitute teacher. Mrs. Jewell believes that working with children is a great blessing and privilege and she is passionate about whole-child development and education.

Mrs. Jewell lives in Durham with her husband and two sons and enjoys anything they do together as a family. She also enjoys movies, musical theatre, crafting, home improvement projects, and tinkering with techie things. 

​She is very excited to be a part of the ACS family. She looks forward to serving and supporting the Coyote students and families and can't wait to spend the school year with you! Go Coyotes!
