Kylene French

EC Facilitator

Kylene French is a highly qualified, licensed exceptional education teacher as well as Alamance Community School’s Exceptional Children’s Facilitator. She has been a part of ACS, since it opened in 2020.

She works closely with colleagues and parents to develop, carry out, and monitor Individualized Education Plans. Her area of specialty is serving students with autism spectrum disorder. She has been teaching since 2003 and has experience teaching in inclusion, resource, and separate settings on the elementary level using evidence based practices.

She holds a B.A. in Art History/Museum Studies, a Master’s of Special Education, and received her National Boards Teaching Certification in 2010, which she recently renewed in 2019. She lives in Haw River with her family. Kylene is very excited to be part of the ACS community!
