Cindy Gittens, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed in Virginia and North Carolina, holds both a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from Radford University. As the owner of Johnson Street Services, PLLC, a contract business specializing in social work and mental health services, she has nineteen years of clinical experience specializing in support for children, adolescents, and adults. Her career includes nearly two decades as a School Social Worker within North Carolina charter schools and a prominent public school district in Northern Virginia, in addition to her work in private practice facilitating individual and group therapy.

Currently residing in Wake Forest with her husband and two young children, Cindy enjoys spending time with family, baking, and attending community events. She is thrilled to be part of Alamance Community School.
