Chace Simmons earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, specializing in Adaptive and General Curriculum K–12, from Western Carolina University. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Specializing in School Administration from Capella University.

Since beginning her teaching career in 2014, Mrs. Simmons has gained experience across multiple grade levels. The 2025-2026 academic year will mark her fourth year at Alamance Community School. She will be joining the admin team this year as Dean of Students and becoming one of the EC Facilitator at ACS focusing on K-3 students.

Mrs. Simmons lives in Burlington with her husband, stepson, and 2 toddlers. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, browsing the aisles of Target, and discovering useful Amazon finds.

She is known for her love of structure, organizational skills and routine. Mrs. Simmons looks forward to assisting with creating a positive, and welcoming environment for all staff and students.
