Chace Simmons graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education in Adaptive and General Curriculum K-12 and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Capella University.

She has been in the classroom since 2014, and has worked with multiple grade levels prior to joining ACS. The 2024-2025 school year will be Mrs. Simmons 3rd year as a teacher at ACS, although the last two years she spent teaching Kindergarten.

Mrs. Simmons resides in Burlington with her husband, stepson, toddler and baby girl. She enjoys spending time with family, browsing the aisles of Target and finding all the necessity Amazon goodies in her free time!
Mrs. Simmons thrives off of structure and routine, and cannot wait to provide that within the classroom. She cannot wait to meet all the kiddos and provide a welcoming environment for all.
