Fill the Green Bin!
Coyotes, it's time to clean out those closets!
As you clean out and organize over Fall Break, don't throw those well-loved clothes, shoes and textiles away. Give them a second life while supporting ACS!
We're kicking off our Fill the Green Bin Drive, and we're adding a little friendly grade-level competition to make it even more fun.
HOW IT WORKS
1. CLEAN OUT OVER FALL BREAK
Fill the bag sent home with each student with your well-loved clothing, shoes, and textiles. Stains, holes, and all! Bags should have been given to your student on Friday, October 2.
2️. BRING IT BACK OCTOBER 13-16
Send your filled bag back to school with your student during the week of October 13-1 6.
3️. DROP IT OFF DURING MORNING CARLINE
Look for our collection volunteers during morning drop-off. We'll take your filled bag from there!
4️. HELP YOUR GRADE WIN A PIZZA PARTY!
The grade level with the highest participation percentage will win a pizza party!
WHY FILL THE GREEN BIN?
Every item collected is recycled, helping keep clothing and textiles out of landfills. Even items that may be too worn to donate can be recycled, and every recycled pound helps earn money that supports ACS!
Attractions Coupon Fundraiser!
Want to help the ACS Athletic Department raise funds for our athletics teams? We will begin our Attractions Coupon Fundraiser on 10/16/26! Purchase a coupon book for $25 and help all of our schools' athletic teams! The Coupons Savings Book has over $4600.00 in savings from your favorite restaurants/businesses and vendors! Sample Books will go home this week!

Winter Sports Zone:
Winter Sports Tryouts will be held at ACS October 26th & October 27th at 4:00 pm! Have a student-athlete that would like to Cheer or play Basketball? They must be in grades 6th-8th and have a physical on file with the ACS Athletic Department. Want a $20 physical exam? Have your athlete come get a $20 physical voucher from Coach Long. Please stop by the Elementary Gym every Thursday from 7:45-8:15am for a delicious snack or drink for only $1. All proceeds benefit the ACS Food Pantry.
