Robin Carden
Assistant Principal
Robin Carden began her educational journey at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNC-G), graduating with a degree in K-6 Education. After spending time in the classroom, she discovered a true passion for shaping how students learn, which inspired her to return to school and earn a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
Driven by a desire to impact education on a broader scale, Ms. Carden earned her Academically and Intellectually Gifted (AIG) credentials from Central University and served as an AIG Specialist. In this role, she thrived as a teacher leader, providing valuable coaching and professional development to colleagues. Ready to transition into school leadership, she went on to earn a Master of School Administration (MSA) from High Point University and is currently on a journey to obtain a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
As a leader, Ms. Carden’s top priority is always student success and safety. Ms. Carden enjoys supporting students as they grow and thrive, surpassing goals and fulfilling their full potential.
Outside of school, Ms. Carden loves to unwind by reading, spending quality time with family, playing with her two dogs, camping, and traveling any chance she gets. Ms. Carden is incredibly excited to serve the students, staff, and families of Alamance Community School and looks forward to a truly brilliant year ahead!
