Madison Ratchford
Speech Language Pathologist
Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from North Carolina Central University. Before entering the field of speech-language pathology, she worked as a daycare teacher for seven years. She became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), specializing in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Her clinical experience spans a variety of pediatric settings, including home health, daycare centers, and schools. Madison has provided speech and language therapy to children with a wide range of communication needs and diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, speech sound disorders, pragmatic language disorders, and receptive and expressive language disorders.
Madison is passionate about fostering inclusivity, strengthening her community, advocating for meaningful change, and empowering her clients to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
