McKensie Schiltz graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Elementary Education with a concentration in English as a second language.

She is very passionate about teaching and prides herself in creating a strong classroom community, driven by empathy and responsive classroom practices.

McKensie lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband Zack, 3 year daughter Ava, and 10-month-old Summer. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and baking!
