Mackenzie Owens is very excited to be joining the first grade team at ACS this school year! She was born and raised in Julian, North Carolina and currently lives there. She graduated from UNCG with a BS in Public Health. Mackenzie has been in education since 2022 and loves every minute of it. She is passionate about students learning and watching her students grow academically and emotionally throughout the school year. Outside of school she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking evening walks, reading books, and traveling! She is looking forward to this school year and the beautiful journey ahead!
