Lisa Fisher is excited to continue working as an Exceptional Children’s Teacher at Alamance Community School. She can't wait to learn with her students again this year.
She began working with Exceptional Children when she was a teenager by helping in a class in her town during her High School Years.
Mrs. Fisher has taught 2-year olds through Middle school-aged students, and she has worked as a General Education teacher as well as an Exceptional Children’s Teacher.
She loves helping students to get excited about learning...which is why she has taught for over 30 years!
She has three adult sons; 3 granddaughters, and 2 grandsons. So she stays very busy. If school is not in session, she is probably with her grandkids or in her RV at Hyco or Jordan Lake.
