Julia Hart is originally from Upstate New York (Delhi) in the foothills of the beautiful Catskill Mountains. She and her husband moved to North Carolina in 1999. When her children went to school she joined them, first as a substitute teacher, then as an Instructional Assistant, and eventually went back to school and got licensed to teach in 2014.

She is excited to be a part of the Pack family!
