Jennifer Gunter has been teaching since 2002. She graduated form UNCG and began teaching back in her hometown of Burlington. She has taught across many grade levels, from second grade to eighth grade. She feels most at home with middle schoolers and likes to help them through this special time in their lives. Ms. Gunter has been through these times with her kids at home, Alex and Alena. Although, the really aren't kids anymore! She also shares her home with a big dog, a tortoise and some kitties. In her spare time, Ms. Gunter volunteers with a local cat rescue, hikes and runs! She believes the best in all students and knows everyone has the ability to learn and grow in their own way and time.
