Jacqueline Vila

Jacqueline Vila was born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina. She graduated from UNC Greensboro in 2021 with a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in English.

This will be her fourth year teaching at ACS, and she couldn’t be more excited! She was grateful to have had the opportunity to complete her student teaching internship in 1st grade at a UNCG partnership school in Reidsville, North Carolina during the 2020 2021 school year.

Outside of teaching, Jacqueline is recently married as of June, 2023 and enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting her family in New York, shopping, and playing with her new puppy Turbo! She is very excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Alamance Community School and cannot wait to meet you. Here’s to a wonderful school year filled with fun, laughter, and lots of learning!
