Mrs. Isley is excited to be teaching 6th grade math this year and brings 8 years of experience in education. She lives in Alamance County with her husband and their two cats. She is also the proud mom of two 26-year-old sons—one serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and the other working as a skilled mechanic.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with a concentration in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate), a Teacher Preparation Certificate, and a Master of Education—all from East Carolina University. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, shopping, and taking online college courses to continue learning and growing as an educator.

Mrs. Isley has a passion for helping students build confidence in math and connect what they learn to real-world situations. Her professional goals include becoming a National Board Certified Teacher and beginning her Doctorate within the next five years.
