Carson Mooring was born and raised Orange County NC. She attended Western Carolina University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Music and Education in December of 2023. She has been teaching 3rd Grade at ACS since graduating from WCU and is excited to begin teaching music (her true love) next year! She has helped produce many musicals and other performances in her years at WCU as well as performed in them herself. She is so very excited to continue teaching and inspiring students next year!

In her spare time Ms. Mooring loves to go to the mountains, go on walks with her dogs, and bake lots of delicious treats! She has three “fur babies” at home who always keep life exciting and fun!
