Ariyanna Chillis is a fourth-grade science teacher at Alamance Community School. She has been teaching since 2024 and is passionate about creating hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and encourage students to think like scientists. Ms. Chillis strives to create a classroom where students feel confident asking questions, exploring new ideas, and learning through discovery.

Ms. Chillis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from North Carolina Central University and her Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She enjoys combining creativity with science to make learning engaging, meaningful, and fun for all students.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Chillis owns a small sourdough bakery called 'The Fern Stand'. She also enjoys graphic design, reading, and spending time baking and creating new recipes.
