Abby Klodaski is an experienced Exceptional Children (EC) Lead Teacher with over 10 years of dedicated service in self-contained classrooms. Born and raised in Chicago, Abby brings both local roots and a deep passion for education to her work every day. She earned her degree from Illinois State University, where she laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to supporting young learners. She is thrilled to begin her second year at ACS!

As a mother of two, Abby brings a nurturing, empathetic perspective to her teaching, creating a classroom environment that is both structured and supportive. Outside of school, she loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring nature with her kids or simply soaking up the fresh air. Abby’s has a strong passion for helping children grow academically, socially, emotionally and strives to help her students build the skills they need to become as independent as possible.
