Greetings, Coyote Families!

BOOSTERTHON!
Somebody shout 'MYBOOSTER.COM'!!!!!!!! We are about ⅓ of the way to our $30,000 goal and still have some work to do. Thank you in advance for working to ensure we have what we need to function well as a school and provide our students with the necessary resources through the arts, Technology, and STEM. A reminder for our new families: please know that we will be tired after next week, but it will be worth it. Booster is a program that not only builds community and school spirit, but it is also one of our most lucrative fundraisers, allowing us to continue functioning independently of a large district and ensuring our students receive the best educational experience possible. Keep a lookout for all things booster via email, Newsletters, and social media. The Fun Run is the culminating event; the schedule is below.
*Several Students and Families are still not registered, and it's not too late. Go to mybooster.com and register today!
The Goal is $30,000 with at least 40 states represented. We have officially kicked off, and we've already raised almost $12,000 and have representatives from 25 states! The Fun Run/Glow Run, and games competition is on Thursday, August 27th, is an opportunity for families to come and cheer on their students (they are also free to leave with them after they finish!).
Score a Double Decker Frisbee this weekend! 😮 Collect a NEW $70 donation by Monday to earn it. Who’s in? 🙋♀️ We’re getting closer to unlocking our @greatwolflodge reward: DAY PASSES FOR ALL! This weekend is the perfect opportunity to join in and help. Be sure to register your family on MyBooster.com to qualify for the offer

⭐ Bonus for Middle School Students! Add 10 email addresses to your student's MyBooster page to earn our Epic Prizes Bundle featuring LED Lights and a Gummy Bear Squishy! Check out the video announcement HERE.

CARLINE UPDATES & CHANGES
Carline Corner: Patient Hearts & Smooth Starts!
If you've noticed a few tweaks to our drop-off and pick-up routines recently, you're not alone! Schools across North Carolina are updating their safety procedures, and ACS is doing the same. Every change we make serves two core goals: keeping our students and staff safe, and getting you through the loop as efficiently as possible.
To help everything run safely and quickly, please keep these key guidelines in mind:
Stay in your vehicle: Please remain inside your car at all times while in line to keep traffic moving continuously and safely.
Follow directions: Always allow our staff and School Resource Officer (SRO) to direct traffic patterns—they have the best view of the entire loop!
Show extra grace: To our veteran parents, please extend patience to our new families who are still learning the ropes. The carline learning curve is real, and community support makes all the difference.
Adjusting to new habits takes time. While general complaints tend to stall momentum, constructive solutions are always welcomed.
Thank you for partnering with us to keep our kids safe and our line moving smoothly!
Below are the maps as a reminder. Remember not to line up prior to 2:45 (12:45 on Wednesdays). This will keep the traffic from backing up onto Jimmy Kerr, and will also keep you from getting a ticket if you are parked on the main roads too early.
Don't Forget about Spirit Week!
Monday - Decades Day
Tuesday - Character Day
Wednesday - Cowboy/Cowgirl Day
Thursday - FUN RUN DAY - Coyote Spirit Day
Friday - Best v. Rest (either Dress to Impress, or Pajamas)
