Before & After School Program:
Plan C for 2020-21
Offered by Genesis Athletics
Genesis Athletics, LLC. will offer various programs to meet the needs of parents and students in the Alamance Community School community. Genesis Athletics, in collaboration with Skyhawks Franchise, LLC., has been partnering with local organizations since 1979 to offer premium programs to children ages 2-14.

When enrolling in our programs, you will be expected to sign these documents on the first day of the program. However, they are posted here for you to review ahead of time.

PLAN C - PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS
Participants MUST bring the following:

A charged device that can access the internet

Pair of headphones

Bookmarked all Google Meetings

Bookmarked with login passwords all programs (SeeSaw, IXL, Raz-Kids, Classroom)

2-3 Independent Reading Books

Loaded Pencil Box

Lunch

Water Bottle
Staff will not be responsible for locating links, logins, passwords. You must have those items available, saved, and accessible on their device.
Students will be assisted to login to their live meetings and specials. They will also have an additional hour to complete SeeSaw assignments independently with staff monitoring. Your child must know how to use their device and navigate the software.
Camp Fees
Camp runs from 7:30-3:30 M, T, Th, F- except school holidays and teacher workdays

* The Genesis Athletics Before and After School Care Program will begin in late August or early September.
Before & After Care Staff:

100% of coaches are certified with over 14 hours of hands-on training prior to taking the field
-
All staff have a national background check, 1 st aid & CPR certification
-
All staff are professional coaches, athletes or teachers from the local area
