Mary Beth Tucker

Mary Beth Tucker grew up in Wilson, North Carolina and graduated from East Carolina University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education, concentrating in Child Studies. She has over 10 years of teaching experience in multiple elementary grade levels. Most recently, Mary Beth taught 3rd grade at ACS and served at the grade level team leader.

Mary Beth is excited to take on a new role outside of the regular classroom setting serving as the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) Coordinator. In this position, she will partner with teachers, families, and administrators to best serve the students at ACS.

Mary Beth lives in Durham with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and exercising. She is looking forward to another rewarding and successful school year as an ACS Coyote!
