Lena Maxim is excited for her first year at ACS and her first year teaching!

She completed her student teaching at South Mebane Elementary School where she also taught in 2nd grade! She graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

Ms. Maxim enjoys spending time outdoors, baking, and spending time with friends and family. She is looking forward to this year and is excited to make the classroom a safe space, and help students become excited about learning!
