
Kylene French
Exceptional Children
Kylene French is a highly qualified, licensed exceptional education teacher. She works closely with colleagues and parents to develop, carry out, and monitor Individualized Education Plans. Her area of speciality is serving students with autism spectrum disorder. She has sixteen years of experience teaching in inclusion, resource, and separate settings on the elementary level using evidence based practices. She has a B.A. in Art History/Museum Studies, a Master’s of Special Education, and received her National Board’s Teaching Certification in 2010 and has recently renewed in 2019. She and her family has recently moved from Mebane, where we had lived for the past fifteen years, to Haw River. She is very excited to be part of the teaching staff and community at ACS.
