Denise Herman

Denise Herman is proud to call Alamance Community School her home! She has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and has taught grades 2nd-6th. Each year she feels more grateful than the last to hold this irreplaceable role in our community.

Denise lives with her husband Rob, who is also an elementary school teacher, and her two incredible daughters. They live in Mebane, N.C. and absolutely love this town! When she is not teaching, Denise loves to run with her two dogs Luke and Lady, play outside with her girls, read, and listen to music.

Second grade will be filled with creativity, compassion, and innovation. Her favorite aspect of teaching is getting a fresh start every single day. She cannot wait to begin this fresh start with you!
